These Terms govern your use of The Fifth Signal website, research, subscriptions, and digital products.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use or purchase The Fifth Signal products. By accessing the site, creating an account, joining a delivery channel, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Fifth Signal publishes independent research, educational commentary, and impersonal trade-alert publications. It does not provide personalized financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice; act as your broker; hold funds; access your brokerage account; or place trades for you. You remain responsible for your own decisions, suitability, sizing, execution, taxes, and compliance.
Options involve substantial risk, including rapid and total loss of premium, liquidity constraints, assignment, exercise, pricing changes, slippage, and execution differences. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Public information may be incomplete, delayed, revised, wrong, or already reflected in market price. A published setup is not a promise of profit.
If a checkout page conflicts with a marketing summary, the price, billing cadence, and product identified at checkout control your purchase.
Stripe processes payments and may require information under its own terms. Signal Feed costs $7 for the first seven days and automatically renews at $149 each month afterward until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. Canceling stops future renewals but does not reverse a charge already processed. You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. The cancellation confirmation and your Stripe billing period determine when paid access ends.
Signal Feed: charges are nonrefundable once processed; cancellation stops future renewals. This limitation remains subject to any right that applicable law does not allow the customer to waive. Customers should contact support before filing a payment dispute so access, cancellation, or duplicate-charge issues can be investigated.
Delivery may occur through Telegram, email, Beehiiv, or another disclosed channel. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the required third-party account. Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Signal Feed research for your own informational purposes.
You may not share credentials, republish paid research, rebroadcast alerts, scrape protected content, remove notices, build a competing database from the material, evade technical controls, interfere with the service, or use the material unlawfully. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by The Conspiracy Trader LLC and its licensors.
Research may be updated, corrected, supplemented, or withdrawn. Citations and links may lead to third-party sources that The Fifth Signal does not control. Reference to a person, company, product, source, sponsor, or public filing does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, Beehiiv, Telegram, Rewardful, Zapier, and linked source sites provide independent services governed by their own terms. The Fifth Signal is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, outages, policy changes, or content, but this does not limit any responsibility that applicable law places on The Fifth Signal.
Any public ledger must be read with its published measurement method. Returns can vary based on entry, exit, timestamp, contract terms, fill, spread, liquidity, commissions, taxes, and execution speed. Hypothetical, modeled, selected, or backtested examples must be identified as such. No historical result promises a similar future result.
Joining The Fifth Signal email publication is separate from any partner-marketing program. The homepage email form authorizes only The Fifth Signal and its service providers to deliver the publication. It does not authorize us to sell or share the submitted email address with marketing partners.
If a named-partner program is offered later, it will use a separate form and separate affirmative choices that identify the participating companies and permitted contact channels before submission. A company added later receives no rights under an earlier consent.
The Fifth Signal may receive compensation from sponsors, advertisers, affiliates, or commercial partners. A material connection will be disclosed where required. Compensation does not convert third-party material into personalized advice or guarantee a product's suitability, performance, availability, or claims.
Products, features, sources, alert frequency, and delivery channels may change. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, or material breach. We may also modify or discontinue a product. If discontinuation affects paid access, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law. Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, research, alerts, files, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Conspiracy Trader LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free research, any particular investment outcome, or that public or third-party information is complete or current. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Conspiracy Trader LLC and its members, personnel, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption arising from the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, their aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid The Fifth Signal during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You are responsible for your use of the service and your investment decisions. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse The Conspiracy Trader LLC for losses and reasonable costs arising from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful use of the service, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by The Conspiracy Trader LLC.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute that is not resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief available in small-claims court or another forum required by nonwaivable law.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date and providing additional notice when required by law. A change will not retroactively create a new partner-marketing consent. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms and the purchase disclosures presented at checkout form the agreement concerning the service.
