The Fifth Signal methodology

Public evidence is the starting point. The market still has to confirm.

A disclosure, ownership change, insider transaction, institutional move, or other public record is not automatically a trade. The setup only advances when the market structure and risk make sense.

From evidence to recorded close.

Market confirmed

What has to clear the filter.

Evidence

The underlying signal must be grounded in a public source that can be examined rather than a rumor presented as fact.

Market structure

Price action, timing, liquidity, spread quality, open interest, and the available contract structure still matter.

Defined risk

The alert is built with a posted entry, target, risk framework, sizing guidance, updates, and a recorded close.

Most things watched never become alerts.

The Watchtower can surface interesting public activity without turning it into a trade. The Signal Feed is reserved for setups that clear the additional market and risk filters.
